Theondre is a first-generation college graduate from Saginaw, Michigan. He attended Florida A&M University earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and International Affairs. He then went on to earn a Master of Public Administration and Service at Texas A&M University. While enrolled in the master’s program he worked as a graduate assistant in Student Activities’ Leadership and Service Center as well as the Texas A&M Foundation. Theondre is now the Posse Foundation Program Coordinator for the Office for Student Success. He is a strong believer in the power of education and mentorship, which he aspires to champion in this position.

Advice for students: Life is a moving train. Whenever and wherever you get your ticket, don’t let the train pass you by. Have the courage to get on it and journey to whatever destination you please. And know your dreams will meet you there. But remember to get the best out of the ride.
