Programs and services offered by Undergraduate Studies will continue in an online format for the reaminder of the Spring 2020 semester. Each unit has made different changes to the way they operate and you can find that information in the tables below. Some units have created a web page dedicated to Coronavirus updates, but not all of them. As information is changing rapidly, we encourage you to follow each unit's website and social media channels.

Office Hours: All Math Learning Center service hours remain the same; however, physical locations are closed and we are only offering services online.

Program/Service/Location Description of Change
MLC Help Sessions, Hands-On, Grades Up, and Week-In Review Starting March 23rd, these services will be offered synchronously via Zoom, following the original schedule for the Spring semester.
Reboot Workshop Offered asynchronously, with videos posted according to the schedule on our website.
Adams Band Hall, Blocker Building, and Zachry Engineering Education Complex Activities in these locations are suspended for the rest of the semester.
Teague 322 Closed to the public but administrative staff are answering emails and phone calls.

Passports and photo operations Closed 3/16/20 - 3/20/20. We may move away from walk-in times to an appointment-based model in the future. Please watch the Education Abroad coronavirus web page for updated information.

July and Augustmester programs Unchanged. If those study abroad terms are cancelled, we will notify students and faculty and update our website.
Health and safety orientations Offered online beginning in April. Stay tuned for additional information.

Faculty and Program Trip Leader Briefings Will be moving to an alternate delivery method. We will communicate with leaders scheduled to take programs abroad in late summer and fall.
 
Late summer, Fall 2020, and beyond We are still assisting students who want to study abroad in late summer, Fall 2020, and beyond.
 
Refunds Students anticipating a refund for their study abroad program should be patient as we work to process these in a timely manner.

Program/Service/Location Description of Change
Interns and supervisors in Europe and D.C. Interns in Europe have returned to the U.S. and will self-quarantine for at least 14 days.

D.C. interns have been given the option to return home early. As of 3/18/20, 14 D.C. interns have/will return home and 17 are remaining. Most who remain in D.C., and even some who departed, will be working remotely for their hosting offices. The D.C.-based Program Aide has been coordinating with students on move-out procedures in the intern housing.
Coursework for internships Associated course work for the internship was already online in eCampus. Coursework will continue as scheduled, even for those who returned home early.
PPIP office in AGLS 515 Closed to the public but administrative staff are answering emails and phone calls.
