Program Coordinator for Undergraduate Studies
Amanda Booth is the Program Coordinator for the Office of Undergraduate Studies. Amanda has extensive experience in advising and student management, having served in a variety of academic advising positions. She provides support for undergraduate courses, core curriculum, and web-based outreach and social media. She works across Undergraduate Studies’ units to promote academic support services that engage undergraduate students, faculty, and staff at Texas A&M University. She also coordinates outreach events, and works with Undergraduate Ombuds Services and the Undergraduate Academic Appeals Panel. She advises two student organizations, One Love and Freshmen Leaders Advancing in Service and Honor.
A Texas A&M former student, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas A&M and is a Master’s student in Agricultural Engineering at Sam Houston State. She is a 2007 Fish Camp Namesake and received the President’s Award for Academic Advising in 2009.
